For a Holistic Consultation:

An initial holistic consult with Dr. Katy Sommers is up to an hour-long appointment. Follow-up appointments may be shorter in duration. Dr. Sommers recommends yearly holistic examination/consultation on young animals, twice yearly for older patients, and quarterly for all cancer survivors.

For an Acupuncture Appointment:

Plan on spending 40 minutes to an hour during your first visit. Please bring bedding for your dog or cat to lie on. This helps them feel more relaxed and comfortable. Do not feed more than a light meal for two hours prior to the appointment, and do not bathe your dog on the day of acupuncture.For more information please view the "Enhancing Acupuncture" information in the Acupuncture section of our website.
